Form 8962 advanced premium credit repayment

Customer (MFJ) had modified AGI Iin 2025 of about $53-K. He turned age 65 mid-year & enrolled in part "B" so he only had
marketplace insurance for January thru June. He was the only spouse covered by the policy as wife is older.
He was not enrolled for all 12 mos because he went on part "B" mid-year.
His marketplace ins premiums were the same for each mo he was enrolled
SLCSP premiums were the same for each month he was enrolled
Advanced premium credit was the same for each month
Can question #10 be answered "NO" even though he was not enrolled for all 12 months ?
    Thanks for comments.

edit: your question only makes sense if you are asking about answering "Yes", not "No" to Line 10.

Let's see...maybe the form instructions which are indicated for Line 10 might have an answer. Checking...

Oh, good. When the IRS says to see the instructions, they actually have instructions.

If you were enrolled in a qualified health plan for
fewer than 12 months during 2024, check “No”
and continue to lines 12 through 23.

PTC is calculated on a monthly basis when there is not a full year of coverage. Answering No to line 10 will populate the months of coverage rather than just the total for the year.
