    Sehi

I have a 62 year old self employed client (no social security in 2025) with $53000.00 net income. His annual enrollment premium was 17,317. He paid $6745 in health insurance premiums to BCBS and is receiving a premium tax credit of $1234.00. How do i calculate his SEHI health insurance deduction? any help would be much appreciated.

It's a circular iteration, so let your software do the heavy lifting. You have two options. Your software probably defaults to one. If you want to find the most beneficial, you might have a box to check in your software to switch methods, or you might have to do the other manually. Tell us your software to see if you can get help specific to how your software needs the data entered. Or, contact your software tech support. Here's an overview that links to an on-demand webinar: https://www.natptax.com/news-insight...rrhEw3I8ftstJh
