    Amend Federal return for 2022

    Can this return be amended by e-file ?

      E-filing only for 25/24/23

          If you efiled the original you can efile the amended 2022 return if your software supports it.

              The two previous posts were made at almost the same time, so to confirm, my understanding is that once efile re-opens for the 2026 filing season, only 2025 and two prior years will be supported (IOW, spanel is correct).
