I have a client that has an IRA LLC Rental. Do I need to report the rental on her personal tax return or is everything handled within the IRA

Need more information. Did the client receive a statement, a 1099, etc.?

Are you posting that your customer holds rental real estate that is held within his/her self directed IRA?
If so, there is a lot of good information on this subject online. Try Investopedia.
One would assume this is handled within the IRA with only taxable distributions appearing on the 1040.Comment
