    My sister called yesterday - three letters from IRS with three different dates, and the letters were the same, verbatim. I haven't seen them yet, but I am hearing from some customers with bizarre letters.
    Many of you think this is "business as usual" from the IRS, but I've been around awhile and never heard anything like it.

        Just got one here.. filled amendment added a dependent with ctc ($2000 refund). Letter says we accepted your work, you owe us $1000 + interest.

        Cant wait for their explanation.

            Makes sense if previous balance due was $3,000.
