Tax for Group Term Life Ins on W-2

I have a recent retiree that received a separate W-2 for $1,841.50. Box 12 is coded "M" for this amount.
Schedule 2 Part II line 13 shows $ 141 in tax for uncollected soc sec & medicare tax on group term life.
Hadn't seen this before. I assume my software has done it's job & the tax does belong on the return.
Does this look right? Thanks for comments.

Yes. Group life insurance over 50K is taxable. You generally don't see it because it's already included in box 1, 3 and 5 for current employees. If the cost over 50K is 1,841 then that amount is subject to FIT and FICA. 1,841 times 7.65% FICA is 141.
