    Oklahoma Trust

    I have an irrevocable simple Oklahoma Trust with an out of state beneficiary. New Client. Last year the preparer had an Oklahoma K-1 with "No Taxable Income" input in the Oklahoma columns of the OK-K-1. Is this income not taxable in Oklahoma. Does the beneficiary pay their resident state taxes on the K-1 income?
