    Don't pay much attention to this on W-2. Is this Tax related?
    Client's husband passed away in January. Company stated there is no Life
    Insurance. However, the past 4 years there is an amount on the W-2 for
    Code C. Does this mean he was part of a group policy?​​

    If the coding on the W2 was correct, Yes. I've seen incorrect codings in the past. Try to contact employee workers in the company to see what they say about coverage.
