Partnership End

I have a 3 member partnership that 2 of the partners are selling their share to the 3rd partner June 30th.

How do handle the 1065? Beginning 33/33/33 ending 100/0/0 with days 365/182/182 ownership?

Or do we file some other way?

The partnership return has a short year ending June 30th. Partners 1 & 2 have sales of their interest with gain or loss. Partner 3 has a sole proprietorship with a short year, unless he elected to be taxed as a corporation.
