    Ended pension plan

    The pension plan included life insurance. The insured will have it switched to his personal ownership and will continue payments. What will be the consequences?

    Pub 560 maybe? Or better yet, Pub 575. Once you identify forms if any that are required to be filed, you will better know the consequences.
