Arizona income tax withholding deposit requirements

My firm is in Illinois but have an Arizona small business client who is just starting to pay himself a salary in July, 2023.
Having trouble finding the deposit requirements for AZ withholding. Looking for guidance and help especially from you AZ firms out there.
