    Sub S shareholder in NYS. Treatment of Section 179 for a SUV

    Is the entire amount of Section 179 for a SUV added back to New York State income? The CT-3-S shows a $13,000 addition as a New York modification. Is this correct? Thank you.

      You better check that Bonas Depreciation was not calculated. NYS doesn't accept it. 179 IS ACCEPTED BY NYS.
