MIP deducted as a rental expense for 2022?

I know they took away the deduction for Mortgage Insurance Premiums for personal residences. How about deducting it when it is on a residential rental property? I remember it used to be allowed as it was an expense to the landlord. But I can't find anything that addresses it currently for a deduction on Schedule E.

You can reference TTB starting on page 4-12

I did look at TTB page 4-12 and it does NOT address my question. Which is, is the MIP deductible on SCH E ?
