Anyone having problems with getting a POA accepted by the IRS? Submitted one twice so far so I can find out a 1045. All I received is an acknowledgement via email but no approval.

Didn't know acknowledgements are sent. I eFax mine. What do you do differently to receive these acknowledgements? Request through TDS?

In any event, they are receiving my eFax requests.

thanks. I have been uploading not through TDS but the IRS pro account. Afterwards they send an email confirmation but no approval?

Thanks for the info. Might try the Pro method. Acknowledgements are helpful for sure.
