    Private Foundation donating to a AIPAC a 501 (c)(4)

    Taxpayer is a Private Foundation 501(c)(3) organization that donates to AIPAC a 501 (c)(4) a US Israel lobbying organization. Are there any tax issues with this transaction?

      PFs can only deduct contributions made to 501(c)(3) organizations.
