    Form 941

    I have a few clients that I service year-round. I do not file their 941s' electronically
    It is almost the end of the second quarter and as I prepare to file those returns, I noticed that the second quarter checked box (PDF) is still shaded. Maybe Uncle Sam is going to make changes to the 941.
    I keep asking myself what the IRS is doing.
    Although it is still 2 weeks to ago, has anyone tried filing this form electronically?

    How can you file a tax return before the end of the taxable period? (as in, how would it make any sense to do so? )

    The draft June 2022 version of the form is at the IRS web site, dated April 2022, but it is not suitable for filing.

      Going on vacation. Salaries were already paid at the beginning of the month.
      Did not see the draft copy.
