Electric car credit for scorp

Client called today - on his way to look at hybrid - electric vehicles - his question can I buy one get the 7500 credit - sell in a few months buy another get another 7500. - I didn't read anywhere how long it had to be held. And is the credit limited if an S corp purchases?
