Does anyone have any experience with 1120-C? Based on my research I have a Cooperative that should be filing an 1120-C, not a regular 1120. The preparer in 2019 filed an 1120 and the preparer that was supposed to file 2020 filed an extension for a regular 1120. Am I correct in saying the wrong return has been filed?

Yes, this is what is leading me to believe that I'm correct and the wrong return was filed previously. I've just never run across this before.
