    Partners share of cash contributions

If I have 3 partners, one has 65%, one has 20% and one has 15%. The one that has 20% put up all the money for the company to get started. So....if there is a loss, the other two partners would not be able to use their loss, bc they did not put out any money? The loss should go to each according to their percentage....but probably won't be able to use the loss, because of no contributions?? Would this be correct?

See TTB starting at page 20-8. Reporting partner’s share of income or loss.

Also read the partnership agreement to confirm that their shares of income, loss, and capital are all per their percentages, or if there are any special allocations.
