    EFTPS - Failed Payment

    Payroll Tax Question... When a taxpayer makes a 941 payroll tax deposit using EFTPS, and the bank account from which the funds are to be pulled does not have sufficient funds to cover the payment, the transaction will be rejected. Does IRS charge a fee to the taxpayer when this occurs?
