I installed the 2021 Tax Act Preview program. After installing it, I opened it and an error message showed "TaxAct has stopped working" with an error report. I called TaxAct support and they had me reinstall it and the same error showed. Support sent me another way to reinstall the program that is really confusing for me. Looks like I might have to call a tech to help me. I was wondering if anyone else had trouble installing their preview program.
