    Withholding on 2% S-Corp Shareholder Health Insurance

    Are there federal withholding on 2% S-Corp shareholder health insurance? For example. If the premium is $400, does the $400 get included in wages, or is the 400 net of federal tax withholding included? Is the federal withholding included on the 941?
