941 COVID Credit extended to 2nd qtr?

The title really asks the question. For the first qtr ended 03/30/21 there was a special credit against payroll taxes allowed for paying people with COVID. I would think in this era of govt bending over to make taxpayers happy this arrangement would be extended to the 941 for the second quarter. Has it??

See if this addresses your post.

IR-2021-21, January 26, 2021 — The Internal Revenue Service urges employers to take advantage of the newly-extended employee retention credit, designed to make it easier for businesses that, despite challenges posed by COVID-19, choose to keep their employees on the payroll.

TAXNJ thanks. Your link pretty well paints the picture

I understand further that the credit extends to those who take time off from work to get the vaccine, and may develop sickness after getting the vaccine. Is there a 2-day ceiling on this? A 4-day? 10 days?
I hope there is a plain answer to this without having to read a 51-page cite.

Not 51 pages but may help somewhat and also address number of days
