    required interest rate

    A client wants to sell land to his kid as installment payment, was told he has to charge interest. What is the minimum interest rate he needs to charge without IRS disputing it?

      Look up "imputed interest" that IRS will otherwise use for installment sales with NO stated interest in the contract.
