    SOLAR on commercial rental

    Client purchased solar for her commercial rental. What kind of credit and how long depreciate? TIA

      You mean solar panels for the roof? There are numerous sites on Google that discuss the Federal Investment Tax Credit, including a great one from the Dept of Energy. It also covers all the depreciation rules.
