    Taxpayer received $200 fist payment 0 for second payment AGI $166,000 Software wants to give the max stimulus as a refund for 2020 what should I report they received? Is Drake Software correct?

      What's their 2020 AGI? That's the AGI used for the actual credit.

        Actually, the question should be what is the Filing Status and Number of Exemptions eligible for the Child Tax Credit in 2020?

        However, I can find no way to make Drake give the "maximum" to anyone who properly reported they received $200. What is the "maximum" that Drake is giving them? They give an error message if you do not complete the worksheet. If you put zero for both EIPs, Drake will give the maximum allowed for that filing status and AGI.
