    2 MSA distributions on same MFJ return

    Married retirees filing MFJ. Each had a 2020 MSA distribution.
    My software won't allow e-filing for this situation.
    What is the transmittal form that goes in with the paper returns ?

      8948 - Explanation for Not eFiling. Though I've accidentally left it off of a few paper returns and never heard back about it.
