    Can a Partnership change to filing as a S Corporation?

      Do you mean for 2022? Or a late election for 2021? Both partnership and S-corporation returns were due 15 March for 2020.

          Is this a general partnership? ---> NO

          Is this an LLC partnership --> Yes, by March 15th of the year you want to make the election.
