Limited Liability Partnership

Ohio has multiple limited liability partnership options. However, researching IRS for partnerships, the only mention is for an LLC. Could anyone help me with this? Thanks

Thank you, but I didn't ask when a partnership return is due to be filed. I am asking if there is someone out there with experience forming limited liability partnerships, or other partnerships in Ohio.

Depending on OH's legal environment (CT would call organizing a partnership, practicing law without a license) you might want to refer to a friendly, local lawyer who works with entity formation. Could end up being a good source of referrals for your practice.
