    If the unemployment is reduced to 0 due to the exclusion what to do with FED wh on 1099. It may not pass efile muster?

    You always report it as usual and then follow through with exclusion entry soon to be announced. Never eliminate reporting.
    Withholding flows through like any other withholding.
