    I haven't seen one of these in about 15 years
    Any ideas how to handle this
    There are about 50 detailed transactions following this summary

    10- Unrealized profit or (loss) on open contracts – 12/31/2020 -220.29
    11- Aggregate profit or (loss) on contracts 162,023.31
    As applicable, proceeds from other sale transactions are summarized below and details are
    provided in subsequent sections of this document. More details on futures and section 1256
    options transactions are also provided in other sections of this document

    Line 1 Include on line 1 all capital gains and losses from section 1256 contracts open at the end of your tax year or closed out during the year. If you received a Form 1099-B, Proceeds From Broker and Barter Exchange Transactions, or substitute statement, include on line 1 the amount from box 11 of each form. In column (a), write “Form 1099-B” and the broker’s name. List separately each transaction for which you didn’t receive a Form 1099-B or substitute statement, or received a Form 1099-B that isn’t for your tax year.
