C Corp 401K plan

Can a C Corp set up a 401K plan for 2020 until filing deadline in April 2021? If so can employer contribution (not employee salary deferal) be made for 2020 until April 2021? Thank you.

I believe the Secure Act allows setup until due date of return.

Most of the execution of setting up such a plan rests with the custodians. And they are aggressive about setting up new accounts. Check with them.
