    Dependent 24 in 2019. 2020 25 years old now wants to claim self to get stimulus. NO income except $700. Stimulus for both 2019 and 2020 or not

    I have a 20 year college student who last year was claimed as dependent by her parents. In 2020 she is claiming herself.. Can she claim in addition to $600.00 stimulus and the $2,000.00 payment issued in 2020 under the Recovery Rebate Credit
