How long are amended returns taking?

I will be amending the 3 open years of a new client. Does anyone have recent experience as to how long they are taking during COVID? I'm guessing 6 months or more, but haven't filed any amended since COVID started.

We had a couple in which we did a federal amended the first week of April of last year and she told us they just got the check in December.

I would be interested in the same. However, Twin Turbo Z, does not indicate if it was filled via paper (2019) or electronic. I'm looking to 2019 and electronic.
