I just talked to the owner of the motel and explained the situation to him.
He says that he does have some maintenance men and his security guards that are on call all the time. The motel is in an area of town that is not the best so his security guards would probably need to be on premise in case of trouble.
He will give me the names of the ones that qualify for those situations.
