    Independent contractor 1099 question..

    I'm a indep. contractor and I have a guy under me that I pay and he is also a Indep. cont.. I get paid from the firm I'm contracted with then in turn pay him a % from my pay. Question- How do I generate a 1099 for him at the end of yr. and report his income?

          Get a 1099 kit from Office Max during January.
