    1040-SR Necessary?

    Drake is defaulting tax returns for older taxpayers as Form 1040-SR. From what I can tell, does the 1040-SR really do anything? If not, I would just as well not print it. It prints 3 pages instead of 2 for example.

    It has a larger font and more information re:standard deductions, etc. It's not required and you can turn it off globally in Drake.
