Power of Attorney Fax 8821

I've faxed in a few power of attorney forms 8821 the last several weeks. When I log into e-services I'm not getting access.
Does anybody know if the IRS is behind a few weeks in loading these faxes into e services?

Per the IRS web site the CAF Unit is currently taking about 5 weeks to approve 2848s and 8821s
