Historical Chart of IRS IRA Contribution rules since 1974

Question: Where would I find the IRS history of allowing IRA contribution deductions dating back to 1974 with the ERISA that includes by year the contribution amounts, income thresholds and deduction limits? I have a client that believes that there were a few years around 2000 that IRA contribution deductions were not allowed by the IRS, and I'm not finding that information. Client would like the historical information for their own use. ( I recognize that there are maximum income limits that would prevent IRA deductions to certain taxpayers based on income threshold and this client may have not been able to claim the deduction).
Thank you in advance for ideas.

The IRA limit's evolution from creation in 1974 until 2023. Includes key laws on how the IRA works for individuals and spouses, plus age 50+ catch-up.

A simple Google search would have shown you that. Next time try that!
