So far - through various articles from reliable sources - the answer right now is to wait - as there's an EZ form in the works for PPP's under $ 150,000 that's being considered for under $ 100,000 - that's one page.

Form 3508EZ has been available since 6/20 and states it expires 10/31/2020 !!Comment
