Does anyone have experience with certification requirements for Form 8996. This is what I have researched. If anyone does please share your thoughts as to what you have disclosed in the certification

From instructions for form: If you answer “Yes” on line 2, then by the end of your first QOF year, your organizing documents must include a statement of your purpose of investing in QOZ property. The documents should include a description of the QOZ business(es) that the QOF expects to engage in, either directly or indirectly through a first-tier operating entity.
