    2016 Tax Returns

Since the tax season has been extended, does it mean that the Statute of Limitation has also been extended for 2016 returns?
    thanks
    Brian

Are you referring to the assessment statute under §6501? Or are you referring to the refund statute under §6511? Or something else?

NYEA reply post expanded for easier reference:

        assessment statute under §6501?

        refund statute under §6511?

        Or something else?
