TTB and 2020 estimate due date - error?

    TTB and 2020 estimate due date - error?

    In TheTaxBook page 15-4, it lists July 1, 2020 as the due date for estimate payments. I thought it was July 15? What am I missing?
    2020 Estimated Payment Dates for Individuals
    Installment Tax Period Covered Due Date
    First January 1 to March 31, 2020 July 1, 2020
    Second April 1 to May 31, 2020 July 1, 2020

    You aren't missing anything if you are looking at the printed book. it is an error on their part. On the WebLibrary version that I use it is showing the correct July 15th.

      But I am using the online WebLibrary version, to which I just logged in this morning. This is the link I am viewing:

      The table I pasted above was copied directly from the TTB page, so it's not me.


      Oh, wait. I am viewing the HTML version. The PDF version does show July 15, as you state. So this is definitely an error, they haven't updated the HTML version (but when was it ever going to be July 1, I wonder, even with all the many changes over the last few months?).

          I was only providing them for the benefit of those with active WebLibrary subscriptions, sorry I did not make that clear. I'm assuming that is a significant number, if not the majority, of participants here, since we are all supposed to be Tax Materials, Inc. customers (not all customers are WebLibrary subscribers, I know that).
