Fiscal year end and Filing due date

Has the due date of a C-corporation with a fiscal year end of January 31, 2020 been moved from May 15 to July 15? That is my understanding of Notice 2020-23, Sections III A and B.

Yes, C-corp deadlines from 1 April through 15 July are postponed to 15 July.
