    Empolyee Retention Credit

CARES Act allows a Employee retention Credit for employers and non profits....The non profits would apply to 501(C) 3's but I have unable to confirm if the non profits able to get this credit also includes Homeowner's Associations (1120H) and 501 (C) 6's....Thanks for your assistance...Duane Anderson

    Sure?

Here is the citation from the CARES Act:

    (C) TAX-EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS.—In the case of an organization which is described in section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of
1986 and exempt from tax under section 501(a) of such Code, clauses (i) and (ii)(I) of subparagraph (A) shall apply to all operations of such organization.

So everything that falls under 501(c) should qualify. Homeowner's associations usually fall under 501(c)(4).
