    EIP's and Debt Offset

    Are the stimulus checks (EIP's) subject to either federal or state debt offset programs? Including if you owe for 2019 but won't be paying until July 15? This is for returns already filed.

      The only EIP offsets are for back child support owed and a rare criminal injury restitution program.
