    Is there a qcd eligibility list ?

    TTB pp 4-20 states that donor advised funds and supporting organizations are not eligible recipients of QCD's.
    How does one find out if a specific charitable organization passes muster on this ?
    That 10 mile long line for the Texas food pantry was really something.
    I'm going to send an informational e-mail to my clients over age 70 1/2 on QCD's.
