Fiduciary fees (Advisory fees) for Trusts (Form #10410
I seem to recall reading somewhere last year that advisory fees were still deductible for Trusts. Anyone familiar with that....or did I dream it??
Any response would be appreciated. Thanks
Not deductible. Other administrative expenses are deductible such as: tax preparation fees, fiduciary fees, legal, appraisal, recording & filing fees -- anything to do with administrative costs required due to funds being in a trust. Investment advisory fees are not in this grouping.
