    SD Contractor Excise Tax & Use Tax

    My MT client bought a piece of land in SD to build an apartment complex. MT does not even have sales tax and now we are thrown in all the complexities of SD Excise and use tax. Anyone here familiar with this or can recommend an accountant in SD who is?
