I would like to recommend The Kiplinger Tax Letter to all tax preparers. It has been
excellent in predicting coming tax changes. I thought that I would not care for it, but
it is now one of my main sources. The TaxBook, Quickfinder, Master Tax Guide by
CCH and RIA are also good as well as IRS Pub 17. I also like the Kelinrock CD. I have
tried a number of tax reference books or manuals and newsletters over the years and
never found any others to be to my liking or within my budget.
